Job Description
Haritash Group is looking for the Parts Manager/Assistant Manager ensures smooth end-to-end parts and accessories operations by timely ordering, maintaining optimal inventory, and efficiently supporting the showroom, stockyard, and workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily ordering, supplier coordination, and follow-ups for timely availability.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage.
- Manage showroom displays, stockyard readiness, and workshop accessory needs.
- Maintain tool inventory, ensure condition/calibration, and track issuance.
- Work with sales, service, and stockyard teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports, track consumption, and highlight shortages proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in parts handling.
- Any bachelor`s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
