Job Description:
Haritash Group is looking for a Manager- Guest Relations to achieve targets and deliver premium customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 CRM software proficiency for database updates and tracking.
 Ability to personalize customer engagement.
 Customer service orientation and hospitality mindset.
 Organizational skills to coordinate delivery timelines.
  Analytical skills to gather and interpret customer feedback.
  Multichannel enquiry handling (tele-in, web, email).
  Prompt and professional response capabilities.
  Coordination and delegation skills within sales teams.
  Understanding of CEM and audit processes.
  Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
