Job Description 
Haritash Group is looking for a Manager- Guest Relations to achieve targets and deliver premium customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·         CRM software proficiency for database updates and tracking
·         Ability to personalize customer engagement (greetings, invitations, updates)
·         Customer service orientation and hospitality mindset
·         Organizational skills to coordinate delivery timelines and handover ceremonies
·         Analytical skills to gather and interpret customer feedback
·         Email etiquette and familiarity with brand communication guidelines
·         Multichannel enquiry handling (tele-in, web, email)
·         Prompt and professional response capabilities
·         Coordination and delegation skills within sales teams
·         Understanding of CEM and audit processes
·         Ability to track and report PSF calls and complaint resolution metrics
·         Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
·         Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
·         5+ years of experience in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·         Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
·         Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
